Before any image leaves your computer or smartphone, our client-side WebAssembly/WebWorker pipeline compresses high-resolution photographs to under 400KB in modern WebP format. This ensures minimal mobile data consumption and keeps uncompressed media strictly on your local device.

2. Secure Cloud Infrastructure & Data Storage

Listing metadata (title, price, approximate geo-locality, timestamp) is securely stored using distributed, encrypted SQL cloud database infrastructure provided by our cloud hosting partner (Cloudflare, Inc.). Listing photographs are stored in private encrypted object storage buckets with cryptographic random filenames to prevent unauthorized scraping or enumeration.

3. Data Protection & Contact Privacy

IndiaResellAI does not sell your contact details or personal profile data to unauthorized data brokers. Phone numbers and WhatsApp contact handles on listings are revealed only upon deliberate buyer action.

4. Search Affiliate Partners & Sponsored Links Disclosure

To help users discover relevant deals, certain product links, search suggestions, or search results on IndiaResellAI may be powered by affiliate partners or commercial sponsors. If you click on an affiliate search result or partner link and complete a purchase or action on the partner's platform, IndiaResellAI may receive an affiliate commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you.

Our affiliate and search partners may set tracking cookies, web beacons, or referral identifiers on your browser to measure referral performance and ensure accurate transaction attribution, subject to their respective privacy policies. IndiaResellAI does not share your private account credentials, phone numbers, or confidential listing data with search affiliate partners.

5. Seller Item Ownership & Non-Liability Disclaimers

Sole Responsibility of the Lister / Seller: Any user posting an advertisement on IndiaResellAI represents, warrants, and affirms that they are the legal and rightful owner of the advertised product or service, or are expressly authorized by the owner to sell it. The person posting the ad is strictly and solely responsible for ensuring that the item is not stolen, misappropriated, illegal, or counterfeit.

Platform Non-Liability: IndiaResellAI operates strictly as an intermediary platform connecting independent buyers and sellers. IndiaResellAI does not inspect, test, possess, verify title to, or warrant any listed item. Under no circumstances is the platform liable for fraudulent representations, stolen items, product defects, financial losses, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

Buyer's Duty of Due Diligence: It is the exclusive responsibility of the buyer to inspect the item thoroughly, verify serial numbers/IMEI numbers, check purchase invoices, verify ownership, and test functionality in person before handing over any money.

6. Strict Prohibition on Web Scraping & Automated Extraction

No Scraping or Data Harvesting: Scraping, harvesting, crawling, data mining, bulk extraction, or indexing of listings, images, pricing records, or seller contact details by any automated script, bot, spider, scraper, headless browser, or artificial intelligence crawler is strictly prohibited without prior explicit written permission from IndiaResellAI.

Enforcement & Legal Consequences: Any unauthorized scraping, data harvesting, or automated querying represents a material breach of platform policy and an infringement of proprietary rights. IndiaResellAI actively monitors automated traffic and will enforce strict countermeasures against violators, including:

• Immediate edge firewall IP ban, ASN blocking, and permanent denial of access.
• Civil legal action seeking injunctions, actual damages, and statutory financial compensation.
• Criminal prosecution under Section 43 (penalty for unauthorized extraction/download of data) and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, alongside applicable provisions of the Indian Copyright Act.

7. Uploaded Listing Storage, Platform Usage & Ownership

Saved and Processed by Platform: All listing information, descriptions, price history, search tags, geo-coordinates, and uploaded photographs are processed, optimized, stored, and utilized by IndiaResellAI on its secure distributed cloud edge infrastructure.

Platform Rights & Database Ownership: By uploading and submitting an advertisement on IndiaResellAI:

• The user acknowledges and agrees that IndiaResellAI saves, hosts, and utilizes the listing data to operate the marketplace, deliver search results, power recommendation feeds, generate cache snapshots, and protect the platform.
• While the seller retains ownership over their physical goods, IndiaResellAI owns the compiled classifieds database, proprietary page layout, structured metadata schema, digital asset renderings, and published listing records hosted on this website.
• The uploader grants IndiaResellAI a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right to display, index, format, store, reproduce, and legally defend the listing content against unauthorized third-party copying, scraping, or mirror sites.

8. 180-Day Data Retention & CERT-In Compliance

In accordance with directions issued by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) under Section 70B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 3(1)(h) of the IT Rules, 2021:

• System Access Logs: User login timestamps, authentication provider identifiers, and client IP addresses are securely retained for a statutory minimum of 180 days.
• Deleted Listing Archives: Historical records of created, edited, and deleted listings are preserved in secure audit tables for 180 days to assist law enforcement agencies in investigating cyber disputes or fraud claims.
• Confidentiality: Access logs and IP records are strictly confidential and are never shared with or exposed to other buyers or sellers. They are only disclosed upon receiving a formal legal request from authorized Indian law enforcement authorities.
